Manley Recognized As A Leader In Springfield

In recognition of her hard work and dedication in Springfield and her record of advocating on behalf of working people in her community and across Illinois, state Rep. Natalie Manley, D-Joliet, has been promoted to deputy majority leader, one of the top positions in House Democratic leadership.

“During my 11 years in public service my goal has always been the same: ensuring that the needs and values of my constituents are being heard in Springfield,” said Manley. “In my new role as deputy majority leader, I will continue to lead the fight for policies that lower financial burdens on working families, increase the quality of education for our kids, and ensure that seniors have the resources they need to live comfortably.”
